Are requests guaranteed?

You may make requests at the time of booking. Please note, requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.  

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?

Yes, a cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings for stays starting from January 1, 2014 and will be assessed by the property at check-out. Fees are per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early checkin or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger suite or room with a view. Call us at (800) 367-5004 and a customer representative will be delighted to assist you.

Do you have a pool?

The pool is located across the street (Poipu Parkway) at the Kiahuna Swim & Tennis Club, hours are 8:00am-6:00pm.

Do you have a restaurant?

The resort offers a few dining options: Plantation Gardens Restaurant & Bar is open daily from 5 pm for cocktails and dinner. CasaBlanca at Kiahuna Restaurant features Al fresco dining and full bar, and is located at the Kiahuna Swim & Tennis Club, across from the resort. The popular Joe's on the Green offers a huge array of breakfast and lunch dishes, sandwiches, salads and grilled items. Joe's is located at the Kiahuna Golf Courses.

Do you have broadband internet?

Yes we offer free wired high speed broadband internet

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes we offer a coin operated laundry facility

Do you have parking?

Yes we offer free parking

Do you have smoking rooms?

All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. They will let you know of the designated smoking areas on the property at check in.

Do you offer ADA rooms?

The property does not offer ADA rooms.

Do you offer breakfast?

Currently, none of our properties offer meal packages, therefore, breakfast is not included.

Do you offer cribs?

Yes, most of our properties offer complimentary crib. You may request at the time of booking.

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers. 

Do you provide beach & pool towels?

Yes, beach towels and chairs are offered at the Beach Activity Center and pool towels are offered at the Pro Shop.

How close are you to the beach?

We have many rooms right on the beachfront and all other are just a short stroll away

How far is the hotel from the airport?

30 miles. About 15 minutes by car

How many floors do you have?

They have 42 buildings that range from 1 to 3 floors, no elevators.

I didn’t receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?

If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at (800) 367-5004 or send us an email resinquiry@castleresorts.com.

Is maid service included?

Free Daily towel, trash and make bed, for stays of 6 nights or more. Every 4th day there is full Maid service.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as the cancellation does not fall within the cancel period.

What amenities to the rooms have?

All units offer a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, clock/radio, cable television, DVD player. Free daily local newspaper, Free in room safe, hair dryer, in room recycling station, iron/ironing board, phone, private large lanai or patio and shower/tub For a complete list of amenities, please click HERE.

What bath amenities do you provide?

Bath soap, shampoo & conditioner.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancel policy from 1/3 to 12/22 is 4 days prior to arrival. From 12/23 to 1/2 is 14 days prior to arrival.

What time is check-in? Check out?

Standard check in time is at 3pm HST and check out is by 11am HST.

What type of bedding do you offer?

The one bedroom suites offer either a king or queen plus a sofa bed. The two bedroom suites offer either a king or queen, two twins plus a sofa bed.

What you’re your front desk hours & after hours procedures?

The front desk is open 24 hours.

When was the property last renovated?

The property was last renovated in 2003.

Will my credit card get charged?

A one or two-nights deposit will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking.
